Simple and seamless payments: Omni Pay & Omni Engage for ISPs

Bemobi has expanded its focus to payment management with a significant investment in billing systems and “white-label” projects targeting Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

At the 2024 National Abrint Meeting, Bemobi presented new features of its products, Omni Pay and Omni Engage, platforms designed to enhance interaction between ISPs and their customers, offering multiple channels and payment methods.

Omni Engage: White-label digital engagement platform

Omni Engage allows internet providers to customize the user self-service platform with their own brand. This year, debt negotiation and management portals have been added, specifically designed for the internet service provider sector. The new portal facilitates debt negotiation through a direct link without the need to log in, simplifying the payment process for users.

This default portal automatically redirects customers without internet service due to payment issues to a page for outstanding matters and financial regularization. Omni Engage already includes billing management and automation systems, subscriber portals and applications, risk central notifications, and customized hybrid billing.

Security and authentication

Lucas Zardo, CEO of Bemobi for ISPs, highlights that all these innovations are designed with a focus on customer security to prevent fraud or improper charges.

The authentication system of Omni Engage is simple and efficient, requiring only CPF confirmation in a secure channel authenticated by Bemobi. For access from mobile networks, two-factor authentication is used to ensure the subscriber's identity.

Omni Pay combines recurring payments via credit card and PIX in a single platform. This effective integration promises to reduce debts and increase customer loyalty.

Omni Pay's features can increase the efficiency of recurring billing by 10 to 15% compared to traditional models.
