Personal Data Channel

The Personal Data Channel is a channel exclusively created for requesting information in accordance with the terms of the Personal Data Protection Law regarding the location where the service is provided (GDPR, LGPD, CCPA, etc.)

The request for Personal Data information will be directed to the Data Protection Officer (DPO), who will respond to the request under the terms and conditions of the applicable legislation.

The personal data collected here only serves to prove the identity of the requester of information, being certain that additional information may be required. If there are doubts about the applicant's identity and/or the legitimacy of the request, your request will not be processed until such questions are satisfactorily clarified.

In case we are not the Controllers of the requested Personal Data, but only Operators, the requester will be forwarded to the Controller.

It is important to detail your request in order to facilitate your service.

This channel must be used exclusively for the purposes dealt with herein, not being a channel for commercial or other contacts.
