November 2025. Hapvida, the largest integrated healthcare company in Latin America, announces a strategic partnership with Bemobi, a national leader in specialized payment solutions, which serves 12 of the 15 largest recurring service companies in the country. The partnership, recently signed and scheduled to begin implementation in the first quarter of 2026, aims to further modernize the payment journey for Hapvida customers, who annually process over 28 billion Brazilian reais in payments, providing an integrated and efficient omnichannel experience. The initiative aims to digitize and improve the payment experience in the Dental, Health segments, and in the sale of services at Hospitals and Clinics.
Through Bemobi Pay, customers will be able to make single payments and set up the recurrence of their monthly fees, interacting with the company through a complete payment journey, composed of channels such as the Hapvida mobile application, web portal, WhatsApp, and Smart POS.
“This partnership marks another step in our digital transformation journey and reinforces Hapvida’s commitment to making the beneficiary experience increasingly simple and fluid. Soon, we will begin offering multiple forms of payment—from recurring credit cards to digital wallets and WhatsApp—gradually replacing the traditional model based only on bank slips. The initiative is part of our broader plan for company modernization and expansion of conveniences within our ecosystem,”
Luccas Augusto Adib, CFO and VP of Technology at Hapvida.
Bemobi's white-label platform will offer online payments via credit card and Pix, in addition to innovative and constantly evolving alternatives such as Click to Pay, Wallets, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. It will also feature a cross-channel checkout, prepared to support and integrate, in the future, other service points for beneficiaries, providing a fluid and intuitive payment experience. With cutting-edge technology for the healthcare sector, this approach will ensure greater flexibility, accessibility, and convenience for beneficiaries, while driving the segment's digitalization, offering a more convenient and effective alternative than the traditional bank slip. The project also includes payment orchestration, advanced tokenization, and fraud prevention.
“We are very excited about this partnership with Hapvida, which reinforces our leadership in payment solutions and digital accounts in the recurring essential services sectors," states Pedro Ripper, co-founder and CEO of Bemobi. "Through it, we accelerate the digitalization of another critical segment of our economy, in addition to significantly expanding our addressable market for payment methods in the supplementary health sector, which processes over 300 billion Brazilian reais annually in payments.”
The entire structure was built based on an end-to-end care vision, comprising 86 hospitals, 78 emergency rooms, 363 medical clinics, and 305 diagnostic imaging and laboratory collection centers, in addition to units specifically focused on preventive and chronic care. This combination of businesses, supported by medical quality and innovation, results in a company with the best human and technological resources for its customers.
