This strategy began to take shape approximately one year ago with the acquisition of 51% of 7AZ, a startup focused on payment management for regional providers with 200 clients across Brazil.
Additionally, Bemobi has implemented a portal to negotiate outstanding accounts, allowing end customers to settle debts, with the option to do so in installments, to maintain their services. Using Bemobi, customers can manage their payments without imposing a financial burden on ISPs or affecting their own finances.
According to Lucas Zardo, CEO of Bemobi for ISPs, the goal for 2024 is to grow by 50%, reaching 300 providers. He also emphasized the importance of keeping delinquency, churn, and cash flow resilience under control in Brazil's current market.

With this outlook, Bemobi is tapping into a segment with over 11,630 potential partnerships, according to the Internet Steering Committee in Brazil. The solution handles contract signing during customer onboarding and the collection of overdue payments. Omni Pay not only acts as a sub-acquirer responsible for processing all payments via credit card and PIX, but also implements intelligent fallback mechanisms, retries, and recurrence to improve on-time payment conversion and accelerate the recovery of outstanding debts. This platform enables lump-sum or installment payments, a key differentiator in helping users during financial difficulties and keep delinquency rates low for businesses.
